DNO - The City People's Committee has issued the maximum price for services using sales areas at the Da Nang Supermarket market invested from non-state budget sources.

Accordingly, the regulation on the maximum price for services using sales area at Da Nang Supermarket for fixed business households is 393,000 VND/m²/month.

This is the maximum price including direct costs, management, sales, taxes according to regulations and other related costs; not including goods care services, cleaning services, stall rental services, electricity and water for small traders at the market.

The above price applies to organizations, individuals, and business households that have fixed stores and shops, and use sales area at Da Nang Supermarket.

The City People's Committee requests organizations, individuals, and business households at Da Nang Supermarket to pay the service fee for using the sales area at the market to Da Nang Supermarket Company Limited.

Danang Supermarket Market Company Limited shall base on the prescribed maximum price and each location and business line of each business household to establish specific service prices and collect service fees for using sales area at the market appropriately, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
