This Resolution stipulates the content of project support, plans to support the development of value chain-linked production and the content of project support, plans to support the development of community production under the National Target Programs, period 2021 - 2025 in the province. In particular, the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, period 2021 - 2025 is specifically stipulated as follows:
Regarding project support content, the plan to support the development of production linked to the value chain: The National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas is implemented according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 21 of Decree No. 27/2022/ND-CP dated April 19, 2022 of the Government stipulating the management mechanism and organization of implementation of National Target Programs, amended and supplemented in Clause 12, Article 1 of Decree No. 38/2023/ND-CP dated June 24, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 27/2022/ND-CP dated April 19, 2022 of the Government stipulating the management mechanism and organization of implementation of National Target Programs; Clause 2, Article 11 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2023 of the Ministry of Finance on regulations on management, use and settlement of non-business funds from the state budget to implement National Target Programs, period 2021-2025.
Regarding project support and plans to support community production development: The National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4, Article 22 of Decree No. 27/2022/ND-CP dated April 19, 2022 of the Government stipulating the mechanism for management and organization of implementation of National Target Programs, amended and supplemented in Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree No. 38/2023/ND-CP dated June 24, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 27/2022/ND-CP dated April 19, 2022 of the Government stipulating the mechanism for management and organization of implementation of National Target Programs; Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 3, Clause 4, Clause 5, Article 12 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2023 of the Ministry of Finance on regulations on management, use and settlement of career funds from the State budget to implement National Target Programs, period 2021-2025.
This Resolution was passed by the 15th term People's Council of Son La province, the 22nd session on August 29, 2024 and takes effect from September 9, 2024.
