The Program Organizing Committee gives gifts to veterans and families of people with revolutionary contributions. |
The program attracted the participation of many local people. At the Commune Health Station, doctors and nurses from the District General Hospital provided general health check-ups (ear, nose and throat, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, etc.), provided in-depth consultation on geriatric diseases, and provided free medicine to 60 veterans and relatives of families with revolutionary contributions. In addition, 18 practical gifts were presented to families with preferential policies and people with meritorious services.
60 veterans and families of meritorious people in the commune received free medical examination and medicine. |
At the same time, at the hall of the Commune People's Committee, more than 200 students of Thanh Dinh Primary and Secondary School enthusiastically participated in the dissemination of knowledge about the Law on Children. Through the form of exchange and prize-winning question-and-answer contests, the children not only raised their awareness of their rights and obligations but also received meaningful gifts.
These activities demonstrate the morality of “When drinking water, remember its source”, the gratitude of the young generation towards those who have contributed. This is a prominent activity in the “Summer Youth Volunteer 2025” campaign launched by Dinh Hoa District Youth Union, with profound humanitarian meaning, spreading the spirit of responsibility and sharing in the community.
