Fund for the Poor provides timely support to the poor

From this fund, in May, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee disbursed VND 4.84 billion to the Fund for the Poor in Son Hoa and Dong Xuan districts to support the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the province in 2025; disbursed VND 25 million (equivalent to 50 gifts, each worth VND 500,000) to support 50 poor and near-poor households who have completed the construction of new houses and are in especially difficult circumstances in Tay Hoa, Phu Hoa districts, Dong Hoa town and Tuy Hoa city.

In May 2025, the Provincial Fund for the Poor also disbursed VND 1.66 billion to the Phu Hoa District Fund for the Poor to support households participating in the Project to replicate economic development models to help poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably, period 2024-2029.

According to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the mobilization, management and use of the Fund for the Poor are carried out closely and effectively by the mobilization committees at all levels in the province, supporting the right beneficiaries. Financial management is carried out in accordance with the management regulations, information regime, timely reporting, and regulations. From the Fund for the Poor and other support sources, many families in difficult circumstances have had the conditions to rise up in life, effectively implementing the emulation movement "For the poor - Leaving no one behind".
