Determined to make Emulation Cluster No. 13 a bright spot in the patriotic emulation movement

Conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 of Emulation Cluster No. 13.

In 2024, the units in the cluster have closely followed the key goals and tasks according to Instruction No. 334/HD-BTĐKT dated July 21, 2020 of the Emulation and Reward Board on guiding the organization of activities of the Provincial Emulation Cluster and the grassroots emulation clusters and blocks. Under the timely and close direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province in fully, promptly and synchronously implementing policies, goals and tasks of socio -economic development. In particular, in the context of many fluctuations in the global economy, high prices of input materials have created certain difficulties and challenges for the production and business activities of enterprises, the units in Emulation Cluster No. 13 have had solutions to adapt to the general situation, successfully completing the assigned tasks, ensuring jobs, income and living standards for workers.

Notable achievements include: The practice of thrift, anti-corruption and waste has been seriously deployed and implemented, in accordance with the policies of the Party, the State and the direction of all levels, contributing to promoting economic development. The work of occupational safety and hygiene, environmental protection, natural disaster prevention and fire prevention has been paid attention to, strictly managed in a timely manner, with no unsafe incidents occurring. Continuously improving working methods, promoting proactiveness, creativity and implementing well the regulations on democracy, rewards and transparent discipline. The work of rewards has been given attention and timely direction, improving the quality of timely rewards for outstanding and typical achievements, creating practical motivation to encourage collectives and individuals in emulation movements to bring high efficiency while ensuring tax obligations, insurance and full benefits for employees in accordance with the law.

Along with that, over the past years, units in the cluster have actively carried out social security work, with a total budget of 19,605 billion VND in 2024, donating 95 million VND to support the construction of gratitude houses for policy beneficiaries. The movement of "Repaying gratitude", taking care of people with meritorious services and volunteer activities have been widely deployed, spreading the spirit of humanity. In addition, units have always actively promoted the implementation of "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh " associated with consolidating and building clean and strong grassroots Party organizations, and implementing well the grassroots democracy regulations.

Director of Thanh Hoa PC Hoang Hai presented the rotating flag to Director Nguyen Kien Cuong, representative of Hanoi - Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company, who assumed the role of new Head of Emulation Cluster No. 13.

At the conference, delegates highly agreed with the draft summary report, and shared good experiences, creative and effective ways of management and direction and practical production and business activities to perform well the functions, tasks and complete the targets. Along with that, set out key tasks and proposed many innovative solutions for emulation and reward work in 2025 to ensure that it is close and suitable to the actual conditions of each member unit.

Promoting the spirit of patriotic emulation and raising the sense of responsibility, the units in the cluster continue to enhance innovation, strongly apply technology and digital transformation in all activities. At the same time, continue to spread humanistic values ​​through social security activities, care for workers, contribute to building a civilized, effective and sustainable working environment, determined to make Emulation Cluster No. 13 a bright spot in the patriotic emulation movement of Thanh Hoa province.

Also at the conference, the units agreed to sign the emulation agreement for 2025, announced the emulation scoring results and introduced new cluster leaders and deputy cluster leaders. Accordingly, the cluster leader of Emulation Cluster No. 13 in 2025 was assigned to Hanoi - Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company.
