Launching the model of "Baseline Youth Union members - Women's Union of Mobile Police Department volunteer to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses".

The model has over 130 members, youth, and association members participating in supporting the construction and repair of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province. With the spirit of "Eating together, living together, working together", the aim is to maximize the progress of temporary and dilapidated houses to help people have new, spacious houses, soon put into operation, and stabilize their lives.

At the ceremony, union members, youth union members, and women's union members participated in supporting the demolition of temporary houses, moving land, leveling the ground, transporting materials, and helping build a new house for Mr. Nong Van Tu's family, Group 8, De Tham Ward. Mr. Tu and his wife do not have stable jobs, the family is a poor household, with 3 members, a son with a congenital disability, living in a seriously degraded temporary house. In 2025, his family was included in the list of registered households for support to remove temporary and dilapidated houses by the People's Committee of De Tham Ward. This is the 4th household that union members and members of the Mobile Police Department have participated in supporting the construction of temporary houses and dilapidated houses in 2025.

This is a practical activity in response to the 180-day peak period of completing the XNT and NDN program in the province, aiming to help people have stable housing, contributing to promoting socio -economic development and building new rural areas in the locality. At the same time, it demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, "mutual love and affection", and sense of responsibility to the community "Serving the people" of the People's Public Security officers and soldiers. The activity aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Force's Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025); 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
