These activities not only help disadvantaged members to complete their projects early, save costs, but also strengthen the bond between villagers and neighbors, encouraging them to overcome difficulties and escape poverty.

Hoa An District Farmers' Association coordinated with the District Fatherland Front Committee to provide funding to support the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses for farmer member Hoang Van Nghi, Ban Hoa hamlet, Dan Chu commune.

The Hoa An District Farmers' Association held a conference to assign emulation targets and launch the movement "Joining hands to build and repair houses" in the district. Officials and members of the association actively participated in contributing and supporting the Association to build and repair houses, with the principle: State support, community support, households organize to build houses themselves, sharing responsibility between the state, society and people. Comrade Trieu Trung Thong, Chairman of the Hoa An District Farmers' Association, said: With the spirit of "mutual love and support", joining hands, unanimity, solidarity and determination, up to now, the District Farmers' Association has mobilized officials and members to contribute more than 115 million VND, supporting working days to help poor households build and repair houses. Thereby, encouraging, motivating and inspiring the Association, especially poor households and those in difficult circumstances, to rise up in life.

To effectively implement the movement, the HND at all levels coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to survey and make a list of HVND households living in temporary houses and eligible NDN households to support funding for building new and repairing spacious and solid houses. The HND at all levels coordinate with the Social Policy Bank to create conditions for members to access appropriate preferential loans to complete new houses.

Each house is built with the joint contributions of cadres and HVND at all levels to help poor HVND in difficult circumstances settle down, develop the economy , improve the quality of life, and contribute to the implementation of social security and poverty reduction policies of the locality.

The dream of a solid house, a stable home, and a prosperous career has come true for the family of Mr. Hoang Van Nghi, Ban Hoa hamlet, Dan Chu commune (Hoa An) when he was supported to build a new spacious house, with an area of ​​over 80 ^m2 , designed and built a solid level 4 house, corrugated iron roof, tiled floor, total construction cost over 400 million VND, of which, cadres and HVND in the district contributed 60 million VND, the rest was support and help from relatives, relatives, and families. Mr. Nghi emotionally said: When building the house, the cadres of the district and commune HND came to the house to encourage, help with dismantling, digging the foundation, cleaning... The completed house is a great motivation to help my family stabilize our lives, step by step to escape poverty sustainably.

The XNT and NDN movement not only helps farmers have stable and safe housing, but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping families overcome difficulties and strive to build a prosperous and happy life. With the spirit of "mutual love and support", joining hands, unanimity, solidarity and the determination of the entire association, all levels of the Farmers' Association in the province have mobilized cadres and HVND to support working days and mobilized more than 900 million VND to help HVND XNT and NDN. Currently, the associations at all levels are working with local Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and organizations to speed up the progress of supporting house building for members, contributing to the completion of the XNT and NDN target in the province in 2025. This is a meaningful action demonstrating the Association's concern for HVND, creating conditions for members who are still having difficulties in housing to "settle down and have a career", stabilize their lives, contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies, so that no one is left behind.
