At the same time, mobilize maximum forces, vehicles, and technical equipment to simultaneously patrol and control the area, strictly handle violations of alcohol and drug concentrations; vehicles that have expired, expired inspection, are oversized, or overloaded; speed; driving in the wrong part of the road or lane; stopping, parking, picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong place; carrying more people than the prescribed number...
The handling is based on the principle of the rule of law, all violations are strictly handled to create positive changes in awareness and compliance with traffic laws of vehicle owners and drivers, contributing to controlling and reducing traffic accidents.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized that in order to effectively implement the General Control Plan, the Police of units and localities need to base on the actual situation on the routes and areas under their responsibility, grasp the time and location where violations often occur to focus on controlling and handling them with focus and key points to bring about the highest efficiency in the spirit of "no forbidden zones", "no exceptions"; the Traffic Police force needs to closely coordinate with functional units under the Department of Transport to strengthen the management, supervision and control of means of transport, bus stations, transit points, warehouses, yards... to promptly detect and handle violations.
In addition, investigation agencies at all levels must do a good job of investigating and resolving traffic accidents, especially for traffic accidents involving passenger vehicles and container trucks, it is necessary to pay attention to checking the alcohol and drug concentrations in the driver's body, driver's license, continuous driving time, vehicle age, inspection period as well as mandatory conditions for drivers to serve as a basis for strict handling according to the provisions of law.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department, Colonel Le Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, issued an order to conduct a general inspection of passenger transport vehicles and container freight vehicles in the province.
Immediately after the order to march by the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, the Traffic Police force and a number of Police units paraded and demonstrated their strength through many inner-city routes of Tra Vinh city.
