Agribank Thu Duc City Branch II has just announced the selection of an organization to auction the entire debt of Thien Nam Hoa Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (Thien Nam Hoa Company) according to the credit contract signed on November 21, 2023.
The book value of the provisional debt as of June 30, 2025 is VND 35.27 billion; of which the principal debt is nearly VND 33.4 billion and the interest debt is more than VND 1.87 billion.
The collateral for the loan is the right to use land plot No. 537, map sheet No. 68 (Tan Thuan Dong Ward) and the right to own the house at 157 Street No. 8 - Nam Long Residential Area, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HCMC. The land area of 288m2 is owned by Ms. Nguyen Tran Thao Huong.
Thien Nam Hoa Company registered its address at 277B Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC, with Ms. Nguyen Tran Thao Nguyen as General Director.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Thao Nguyen and Ms. Nguyen Tran Thao Huong (the owners of the collateral for the loan) are the two biological daughters of tycoon Nguyen Quang Hoa (born in 1968), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Import-Export Trading Joint Stock Company (Thien Nam Group, stock code: TNA).
In which, Thien Nam Hoa Company is an enterprise belonging to the Thien Nam Group ecosystem, known through the Thien Hoa electronics - furniture supermarket system operating in many southern provinces and cities.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Thao Nguyen - General Director of Thien Nam Hoa Company, also a major shareholder at Thien Nam Group. Born in 1992, she is known as the "million dollar beauty", "the youngest dollar millionaire in Vietnam" in 2018.
She is also considered the most mysterious businesswoman on the Vietnamese stock exchange as the largest shareholder at Thien Nam Group after owning about 25% of the company's charter capital, entering the Top 200 richest people on the stock exchange.
The daughter of tycoon Nguyen Quang Hoa is also the legal representative at a series of branches of Thien Nam Hoa and branches of S25 Vietnam Trading and Service JSC.
