Overview of the Award Ceremony of the contest "Galaxy AI understands Vietnamese, honoring Vietnamese Tourism".
Samsung Electronics Vietnam and the Tourism Information Center, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism have honored outstanding individuals who won prizes in the content creation contest "Galaxy AI understands Vietnamese, honoring Vietnamese Tourism". This is a meaningful activity in response to the 2025 tourism stimulus program "Vietnam - Travel to love" launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam's tourism industry (July 9, 1960 - July 9, 2025).
The contest also affirms the pioneering role of Samsung and the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism in creating smart tourism experiences through the superior power of artificial intelligence.
The contest prize is up to 300 million VND. Launched from April 18 to May 18, this creative playground attracted more than 2,000 participants and created more than 100 million impressions and lively interactions across social media platforms. The awards have found their owners with impressive works:
- Video category finalist: Ton Thi Tinh
- Finalist in the Image category: Dinh Nhu Chien
- Inspiration Award: Nguyen Viet Hung

Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Director of the Tourism Information Center, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, said: “Through this contest, we have witnessed a young generation full of creativity and passion. With eyes to admire, hearts to feel and the support of Samsung's Vietnamese-speaking AI technology, they have created images, films, and inspiring stories that evoke love for their homeland and country, urging travelers to pack their backpacks and embark on exciting travel journeys."

This contest is an important part of the journey of “Honoring Vietnamese Values” – a core strategy that Samsung has implemented since the launch of the Galaxy S25 Series. The strategy focuses on the power of Galaxy AI, with its superior ability to understand and process Vietnamese developed by a team of Vietnamese engineers at Samsung Research and Development Center Vietnam (SRV).
