Shorten land procedure processing time

(QNgTV)- The time for processing land records has been shortened after more than a month of implementing Decree 151 of the Government, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.

Decree 151 has abolished three procedures and shortened 44/425 days for processing procedures for land registration and land-attached assets, specifically: procedures for land allocation with land use fees collected without auction were reduced from 85 to 35 days; procedures for adjustment due to errors in boundaries, areas, etc. were reduced from 20 days to 7 days. Some other documents were also shortened, including: confirmation of the existence of construction works; contract forms; commune-level submissions are no longer required.

In particular, the People's Committees at the commune level are given more authority in deciding on land allocation, lease, and change of land use purpose if they are exempt from land use fees. These changes contribute to simplifying administrative procedures, creating clear advantages for people and businesses in accessing and effectively using land resources.
