Colors of childhood at the Children's Painting Contest "Hai Phong

The contest is a useful and practical playground for children during the summer, contributing to improving their spiritual life and nurturing love for their homeland and country.

The contest attracted the participation of 260 contestants from 4 to 15 years old, selected through exciting preliminary rounds in districts. The children brought to the final round colorful, innocent but meaningful paintings, expressing their love for their homeland Hai Phong through images of landscapes, scenic spots, historical-cultural traditions, and people of the Port City.

Besides, the works also express the affection for family, teachers, friends, school and childhood dreams of a green, clean, beautiful, modern and developed city.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Dinh Thi Bich Lien, Director of the Hai Phong City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, emphasized: The contest aims to create a creative playground where children can freely express their talents, dreams and pure perspectives on the world around them. Through innocent and colorful paintings, each work will be an inspirational message about love for homeland, family, nature, life and the city of red phoenix flowers.
