Samsung B2B Online Store is a service under Samsung.com, providing a wide range of products, solutions and purchasing benefits specifically for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Here, customers can satisfy all their business needs for purchasing electronic and household appliances with Samsung's diverse product portfolio (from TVs, monitors, air conditioners, refrigerators... to mobile products such as laptops, tablets or mobile phones).
The Samsung B2B online store supports multiple payment methods for businesses, such as installment payments and payment by receipt. In addition, customers also have the opportunity to participate in company-specific promotions, discounts on total purchases, and technical support.
“We recognize the growth potential in the global online B2B business sector, so Samsung will continue to expand and develop services to provide practical benefits and support to our SMBs customers,” said Daniel Kang, Vice President and Head of D2C Center at Samsung Electronics.
Samsung first launched its B2B online store in October 2021 in Australia, France, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Since then, the service has expanded to Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia (including Vietnam), with an impressive coverage of 30 countries in less than a year and a half.
