To ensure the smooth running of the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, the education sector, in coordination with relevant sectors, units, and localities, has meticulously and thoroughly prepared for the event.

In terms of facilities, Dak Lak province has prepared one examination council with 33 official examination sites and 41 backup examination sites, spread across 15 districts, towns, and cities. In total, there are 954 official examination rooms, 66 backup examination rooms, and 27 waiting rooms. The examination sites have been thoroughly inspected and reviewed for equipment such as desks, chairs, lighting systems, fans, and hygiene standards.

Students in Ea Súp district are learning about university admission methods after graduating from high school.

Personnel matters have also been completed, with a total of 3,157 staff participating in invigilation, supervision, and support. This includes 249 exam center leaders and secretaries; 1,908 invigilators; 330 supervisors; 434 security, medical , and support staff; and 112 reserve staff. From June 24th, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Examination Board officially began its work, with all 33 exam center heads present to receive facilities and assign tasks. Mr. Le Quang Truong (Principal of Ea Sup High School, Ea Sup District), Head of the Buon Ma Thuot High School Exam Center (Buon Ma Thuot City), stated that after receiving and inspecting the facilities on the morning of June 24th, Buon Ma Thuot High School had carried out its preparations seriously and thoroughly. The examination rooms (41 rooms with over 900 candidates) are clean and tidy. The medical room has the necessary equipment, supplies, and medicines to perform tasks related to the exam as prescribed.

Dr. Do Tuong Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, affirmed that exam supervision is a crucial prerequisite for ensuring the fairness and objectivity of the exam. The Department has requested that officials, teachers, and staff participating in exam supervision thoroughly understand the exam regulations and procedures, and demonstrate the highest sense of responsibility to contribute to the overall success of the exam.

In addition to thorough preparation in terms of facilities and personnel, ensuring the security and order of the exam and providing medical services are also top priorities.

According to information from the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, the Provincial Police have mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to ensure security and order during the exam. Each force and each officer and soldier has been assigned specific tasks, ensuring "clear responsibilities, clear tasks, and clear outcomes." In particular, to prevent cheating in the exam, the Provincial Police have implemented a plan to jam signals at several locations to prevent the illegal transmission of data from examination rooms to the outside. At the same time, police forces at all levels have also intensified propaganda and warnings to parents and candidates about the methods and tricks used by fraudsters in cyberspace (selling exam questions and answers, appeals, grade manipulation, soliciting parents and candidates to buy equipment to record and transmit exam questions to outsiders, etc.).

Mr. Le Quang Truong (Principal of Ea Sup High School, Ea Sup District), Head of the Examination Center at Buon Ma Thuot High School (Buon Ma Thuot City), inspects the room where exam papers and answer sheets are kept on the morning of June 24th.

Medical preparations were also thorough, with medical staff on standby, necessary medicines, and first-aid equipment to promptly handle emergencies. According to Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Trung Thanh, the Department has instructed its subordinate units to ensure that medical personnel are always on duty at examination sites to carry out medical work, including: emergency care, medical examinations and treatment; environmental sanitation; disease prevention and control; food safety; emergency response to disasters, chemical and biological terrorism, etc. District, town, and city health centers have assigned contact persons (clearly stating their full name, mobile phone number, and email address) to maintain 24/7 communication with examination sites and to have plans in place to promptly handle any situations arising related to medical services for the examination.

Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son has just issued a directive requesting localities to proactively respond to harsh weather conditions to ensure safety during the organization of the 2025 High School Graduation Examination according to the "four on-site" principle: on-site command, on-site logistics, on-site equipment, and on-site personnel. Attention should be paid to reviewing and checking the safety conditions for organizing the exam; having a plan for safeguarding exam papers and answer sheets throughout the examination; and ensuring the safety of officials and candidates…
