Tra Linh tangerine

Tra Linh district (Cao Bang province) has long been famous as the "homeland" of tangerines with a characteristic aroma, sweetness, thin skin, shiny and juicy fruit. Tra Linh tangerine season lasts from September to October. In the past, there was a time when this tangerine variety was forgotten due to low productivity and economic efficiency. In recent years, Cao Bang province has restored, preserved and developed this specialty tangerine variety. Up to now, the area of ​​Tra Linh tangerine cultivation has been increasingly expanded, bringing high economic efficiency. In addition to harvesting products to serve the market, many families in Tra Linh also design tangerine gardens with beautiful landscapes to serve the needs of tourists visiting and taking photos.

Le Dong Khe

Dong Khe pears were once voted by the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) as one of the 50 most delicious fruits in Vietnam. Dong Khe pears are round, dark brown; astringent, sour but sweet aftertaste and natural aroma. Dong Khe pears are at their peak around the 6th and 7th lunar months. Many tourists passing through Thach An choose Dong Khe pears as gifts for their relatives. Currently, this is a key crop contributing to creating livelihoods, reducing poverty for local people and developing the local economy.

Chongqing Chestnuts

Trung Khanh chestnuts are the most famous product of Cao Bang , the seeds are round, large and even; the shell is dark brown and shiny, with a layer of light white fluff; the kernel is golden yellow, has a rich, fragrant taste and is very nutritious. Chestnuts are often boiled, roasted to eat directly or processed with chicken, pork leg to create unique dishes. Thanks to being grown on hillsides with an altitude of 450 - 600m, in cool climate conditions, fertile soil resources, chestnuts in Trung Khanh have excellent quality that is unmatched anywhere. In 2020 - 2021, Trung Khanh chestnuts were on the list of "Top 100 Vietnamese gift specialties" of the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings).

Thach An pumpkin

Fragrant squash, or powder squash in the Tay language is "phac moong". Thanks to being grown at an average altitude of 800m above sea level, with a cool climate all year round, Thach An squash has a different flavor from many other places, notably a refreshing aroma, rich and chewy taste. The characteristics of Thach An fragrant squash are small, slender fruit 20 - 30cm long, 10cm in diameter, hard shell covered with a layer of white powder and thin thorns, light green squash flesh, the whole body, flowers, and leaves have a characteristic aroma. In addition, fragrant squash also has the effect of curing many diseases such as asthma, whooping cough, poisoning, acne...
