Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang added that from 6:30 on October 7, in the Zalo group of the Chairman of the Trade Union of the companies under the Trade Union of the High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City, many people reported: Due to heavy rain, many areas were flooded, workers could not get to the factory. Flooding occurred in many industrial parks: Thach That, Quang Minh, Dong Anh...

Faced with the above situation, company leaders proactively informed workers to take a day off on October 7 and will make up for it later.
The Management Board of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks has sent a notice to businesses under its management, requesting them to proactively and closely monitor warning bulletins, forecasts and developments of heavy rain, whirlwinds, lightning, flash floods, landslides and inundation. The Management Board requires units to arrange forces to closely monitor developments before, during and after the storm, to prevent environmental incidents from occurring at units and production facilities.
Units take measures to prevent and respond to storms, heavy rains, risks of flash floods, landslides, and inundation according to the "4 on-the-spot" principle, determine specific plans for each area and production facility at high risk of environmental incidents; disseminate information to workers and laborers not to be negligent or subjective about storm No. 11, ensure safety of life and property; and prevent environmental incidents from occurring.
