At the Cau River dike (Phan Dinh Phung ward) , together with the provincial armed forces and local forces, Military Region 1 mobilized hundreds of additional officers and soldiers to support reinforcement at key positions on the dike, to ensure safety for the area and minimize damage caused by floods.

In Soi Coc hamlet (Trung Thanh ward), the rising water level of Cau river has caused widespread flooding, affecting the residential groups: Ben Ca, Dong Lam, Dinh Phu Coc, Loi Ben, Tan Thinh 1, Tien Bo, Thanh Van, with about 400 households affected. The water level continues to rise, causing this area to be at risk of riverbank landslides, directly threatening people's lives and property. Local authorities are urgently mobilizing local forces to deploy urgent measures to support people in evacuating and moving their property to safety.

At Cong Tao drainage pumping station (Trung Thanh ward), drainage equipment and pumps have been inspected to ensure full operation for maximum efficiency. Military forces and local militia have been deployed on-site, ready to deploy response plans, including plans to evacuate people from flooded areas, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.

He also encouraged people in flooded areas to evacuate with peace of mind, trust and closely coordinate with authorities at all levels and functional forces in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, and soon stabilize their lives and production.
