This morning (May 30) the 23rd Session took place.

View of the meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee giving opinions on the reports submitted to the 23rd Session (special session) - Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026 on May 26, 2025.

Accordingly, the 23rd Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council opened at 8:00 a.m. on May 30 at the Provincial People's Council Standing Hall.

At this session, the Provincial People's Council discussed, considered and decided on the issuance of resolutions on: supplementing the budget estimate, targeted supplementation and adjusting the provincial budget estimate for 2025 (phase 3); assigning and adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the provincial budget for the period 2021 - 2025 (phase 10); assigning and adjusting the public investment plan for the provincial budget for 2025 (phase 3); amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 48/2017/NQ-HDND, dated December 8, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the regime of business expenses and conference expenses in Tra Vinh province; regulating the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests in Tra Vinh province.

Announcing Resolution No. 15/2021/NQ-HDND, dated September 13, 2021 of the People's Council of Tra Vinh province on decentralization of authority to manage irrigation infrastructure assets under the management of Tra Vinh province to cease to be effective in its entirety; amending a number of articles of Resolution No. 21/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021, Resolution No. 23/2023/NQ-HDND, dated November 13, 2023 of the People's Council of the province regulating fees in the environmental field in Tra Vinh province; amending Clause 2 of Article 2 of Resolution No. 17/2024/NQ-HDND, dated November 1, 2024 of the People's Council of Tra Vinh province regulating fees for selection and recognition of mother trees, seedling trees, forestry seedling gardens, and seedling forests in Tra Vinh province; reorganizing the Tra Vinh Provincial Inspectorate; Approved one-time support funding for families of martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and were awarded the Independence Medal in Tra Vinh province.
