The International Food Industry Exhibition - Vietnam Foodexpo 2024, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, will take place from November 13 to 16, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
From November 13 to 16, the Ministry of Industry and Trade assigned the Trade Promotion Agency to coordinate with domestic and international partners to organize the Vietnam International Food Industry Exhibition 2024 - Vietnam Foodexpo 2024.
This is considered the largest international trade promotion event in the field of food, agricultural and aquatic products in Vietnam. The event is held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC (Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City).
According to the organizers, Vietnam Foodexpo 2024 is large-scale with over 500 booths of nearly 400 businesses from more than 30 provinces and cities of Vietnam and nearly 20 countries and territories such as: Belgium, China, Estonia, Italy, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, Poland, Korea, Spain, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Russia...

Vietnam Foodexpo 2024 will display and introduce main product lines such as: Vegetables and fruits (fresh, dried, canned, frozen); Seafood (frozen, canned and processed seafood products); Beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks); Tea and coffee; Food ingredients (rice, nuts, spices, additives, sauces, etc.); Processed foods (confectionery of all kinds, milk, dairy products, canned and processed foods, ready-made foods, cooking oils, functional foods); Food processing technology equipment
Vietnam Foodexpo 2024 event includes programs such as: Exhibition opening ceremony; Green Transformation Workshop in agricultural and food production to promote exports to the European Union market; Trade connection conference between Vietnamese enterprises and international importers in the food industry; Workshop to promote trade of HALAL food products in Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that are business connection activities at the Exhibition; Trade Conference, display, and promotion of Ca Mau province products.

According to the Trade Promotion Agency, Vietnam Foodexpo 2023 was a great success, affirming its prestige and high quality in organization. During the 4 days of its operation, the 2023 Exhibition attracted about 18,000 trade visitors, including about 5,000 international visitors from nearly 40 countries and territories and more than 13,000 Vietnamese visitors. Among them, a number of large-scale purchasing delegations organized by Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad came from countries and territories such as China, Canada, Malaysia, etc. According to preliminary statistics from reports of participating enterprises, there were over 3,000 contracts and agreements on trade and investment cooperation transacted directly at the Exhibition. In addition, the Organizing Committee directly supported and organized nearly 1,000 meetings between exhibiting enterprises and visitors (B2B) at the Exhibition. |
