International Food and Beverage Exhibition 2023 is coming soon

The second international exhibition on food, beverages, bakery equipment, restaurants, hotels and service providers in Vietnam - Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will take place from November 21 - 23, at the ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Center, Hoan Kiem District.

This is the information given by Informa Markets Vietnam Company at the meeting introducing the Exhibition, which took place on the morning of October 24, in Hanoi.

Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will welcome 113 exhibitors from more than 13 countries and territories such as: USA, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Canada, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand... and many other Vietnamese brands. With an area of ​​6,800 m2, the exhibition is expected to attract more than 6,500 professional visitors.

Thanks to the opening and promotion of tourism, the Vietnamese food, beverage and accommodation market is flourishing with positive signs. Revenue from the food and beverage industry in Vietnam achieved a high growth rate of nearly 610 trillion VND, forecast to grow by 18% in 2023 and reach a value of nearly 1 million billion VND in 2026 (Vietnam Food and Beverage Market Report 2022). Along with that, active participation in free trade agreements is having a great impact on bilateral relations between member countries, especially in import, export and investment activities in the food, restaurant business and accommodation services.

At the press conference, the representative of the Organizing Committee, Mr. BT Tee, General Director of Informa Markets Vietnam emphasized that Vietnam is famous for its unique cuisine. In addition, international cuisine is always widely accepted in the Vietnamese market, having a significant influence on the tastes of nearly 100 million Vietnamese consumers. This is considered a great development potential for international businesses.
