Preparing for the second opening night at the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025

This is the longest festival ever, and also marks the 50th anniversary of the city's liberation - an event of great historical and cultural significance. The Vietnamese team, making their first appearance, and the veteran fireworks team Surex Firma Rodzinna from Poland will compete.

On the afternoon of June 5, visiting and encouraging the two teams competing on the second night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 at the Han River port shooting area, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, on behalf of the city's leaders, wished the two teams a successful, impressive, satisfying and safe night.

With the theme “Creative Art”, the second competition night took place on the evening of June 7, featuring a competition between team Z121 Vina Pyrotech (the second representative of Vietnam) and veteran fireworks team Surex Firma Rodzinna from Poland. One side is an “unknown” participating for the first time, carrying the aspiration to reach out to the world . The other side is an experienced “old man”, having conquered a series of international fireworks stages. This confrontation is expected to create a dramatic and satisfying competition, full of emotions in this year’s DIFF season.

At the “headquarters” of Vietnam 2 team, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City praised the teamwork spirit and careful preparation of the team members and wished the whole team a successful performance, possibly creating surprises after the relatively impressive performance of Vietnam 1. “By producing fireworks ourselves and competing at home, I hope the team's performance will create surprises. Viewers are eager and curious about the unknown of this year's festival season,” Ms. Anh Thi shared with the whole team.

About 300m north of the host's "battlefield" along the Han River port, the Polish fireworks team is also busy completing and checking the final steps to be ready to fire on the evening of June 7. Team leader Jaroslaw Suzdalewicz said that the weather in the past few days in the coastal city of Da Nang has been extremely hot, but this is a good condition for a fireworks display night. Therefore, the members are working in an excited state. "It is great to be cared for and waited for by the people, tourists and leaders of Da Nang City. We will definitely not disappoint the audience," said Mr. Jaroslaw Suzdalewicz happily.
