Driving license test: Where can people refer to the new set of questions?

On the afternoon of June 6, the Traffic Police Department (City Police) announced the application of a set of theoretical test questions and re-registration for the test due to expired driver's licenses.

Regarding the driving test, to facilitate people to participate in the test and issue driving licenses effectively, the Traffic Police Department (City Police) announces some important contents.

Regarding the use of theoretical questions for driving tests, for cases trained before January 1, 2025 (including cases of testing for new licenses and absent or failed tests) and cases of testing due to expired driving licenses, submitting applications until June 1, 2025: Continue to use the set of questions issued by the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction ) for theoretical testing. The validity period of this set of questions is until August 31, 2025.

For training cases after January 1, 2025 and testing cases due to expired driving licenses submitted after June 1, 2025: Apply the set of 600 questions issued by the Traffic Police Department (new set of questions) for theory testing.

From September 1, 2025, all cases of testing and granting driving licenses will be conducted uniformly according to the new set of questions of the Traffic Police Department.

Candidates taking the theoretical test must follow the proposed test class and be granted a driving license (including cases trained before January 1, 2025).

For cases that have submitted their application to the Department of Transport before March 1, 2025 but have not been notified of the test, please directly contact the Traffic Police Department's Reception Department (No. 18 Vo An Ninh, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City) for instructions on how to resolve the issue.

In cases where the driving license has expired but the result is not satisfactory, you must go to the Traffic Police Department's Reception Department (No. 18 Vo An Ninh, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City) to register for a re-test at least 7 working days after the end of the test period.
