The first episode of “Brave Soldier” - the first action-packed reality TV show about the Vietnam People's Public Security Force, just aired on VTV3 and quickly attracted hundreds of thousands of viewers, a monumental number on the online platform alone.
The main content of episode 1 revolves around the pride of the Vietnamese People's Public Security soldiers through experiencing the harsh life and challenging missions of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force. This is a strong first step to honor the silent heroes in peacetime.
Although it has only been released for the first episode, the program has successfully portrayed the bravery of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force and, most importantly, spread the message of community responsibility, fire response skills, and the value of solidarity and discipline in all situations.

More than 100,000 concurrent viewers (CCU) in the first episode - this is a telling number about the success of the program in attracting audiences, especially young people, because of its new, youthful, and familiar propaganda about the Vietnam People's Public Security force. This is also the motivation for the entire industry, production team and famous artists to constantly strive and bring more quality content.

According to Major General Le Hong Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security, the program "Brave Soldiers" is part of a series of key propaganda activities of the Public Security force towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day.

The program aims to spread the image of bravery, humanity and nobility of the Vietnam People's Public Security soldiers. The program is a profound gratitude, honoring the great contributions of the police force on the front of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, for the peace and happiness of the people. Each film, each story will be a living proof of the spirit of "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people."
The Major General further affirmed that each situation in the program is built from real stories, heroic historical details of the Public Security sector. These are real slices of sacrifice, devotion and the spirit of "ready to sacrifice" for a peaceful life.
Also through the program, the Ministry of Public Security hopes that the images that the artists show along with the realistic footage of daily life and the outstanding achievements of the police force will touch the emotions and move the hearts of both participating artists and the audience, creating an effect, spreading the values of truth, goodness and beauty, arousing national pride and a sense of social responsibility in the young generation./.
The program is deployed under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, organized and produced by the Department of Political Work and Zeit Media, aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
With 15 episodes, each episode is a true slice of life, helping the audience better understand the will, courage and readiness to fight of the People's Public Security soldiers, the people who are continuing the glorious tradition with dedication, commitment and silent sacrifice.
Episode 2 will air at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 3 on VTV3 channel and 8:30 p.m. on YouTube channel Brave Soldiers, FPT Play system and VieON application.
