Supermodel Nam Phong suddenly passed away

The news of supermodel Nam Phong's sudden passing left many Vietnamese stars shocked and heartbroken.

Early morning of July 9, according to a source close to Thanh Nien , supermodel Nam Phong (real name Ngo Quang Phong) passed away after a period of fighting illness.

This person said: "Relatives, friends and the person closest to Mr. Phong also informed me that he had passed away. The last time was 2 months ago, Mr. Phong was hospitalized but then recovered and now he has relapsed. However, his condition has not been announced. Mr. Phong is hospitalized in Saigon but his family will probably take him back to Ca Mau ."

In December 2024, Nam Phong was hospitalized and had to spend 25 days "fighting" to live.
