Many important contents about digital transformation were conveyed by representatives of the Department of Science and Technology at the training session.
At the training session, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology discussed and instructed civil servants, public employees and the ward's community digital technology team on the necessary digital skills in administrative work: Introducing how to apply basic AI tools to support faster editing and processing of information; Instructing information management skills on Fanpage and Zalo OA, helping the ward government interact and serve people promptly; installing the "Smart Hai Phong" application, how to submit documents on the National Public Service Portal. The Department of Science and Technology paid special attention to information security content, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology instructed on the security of public accounts, the mechanism of periodic data backup and secure electronic payment protocols. These are core elements to build a sustainable and reliable digital administrative environment.
Speaking at the training course, comrade Tran Hong Tuc, Vice Chairman of Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee emphasized: "The training course not only contributes to improving the digital capacity of Nhi Chieu Ward's staff but also creates changes in the awareness and actions of the entire political system at the grassroots level. This is an important step to promote digital transformation in all fields, better serve people and businesses, towards a modern, professional and effective e-government."
