Khanh Hoa Department of Agriculture and Environment: 6 months, issued more than 32,600 new land use right certificates

According to the report of Khanh Hoa Department of Agriculture and Environment, in the first 6 months of 2025, the unit received 106,195 applications for land use right certificates (abbreviated as certificates - GCN) and 7,739 applications from the previous period were transferred, totaling 113,934 applications (of which 4,893 applications were not qualified).

People come to do land procedures, issue and exchange land use right certificates at the one-stop department of Nha Trang City.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has resolved and assigned 102,726 certificates of all kinds, of which 13,307 certificates/18,000 certificates were revised, reaching 73.9%; 32,616 new certificates/38,000 certificates were issued, reaching 85.3%; 23,718 secured transaction records were registered, reaching 107.8%; and 26,832 land information records were provided, reaching 223.6%.

Also in 6 months, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has implemented and completed 11,659 measurement contracts (including 1,455 measurement contracts for organizations) with a value of more than 28 billion VND.
