Lang Son Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment participated in the online conference to disseminate and provide technical guidance on implementing Plan 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT

On the afternoon of September 10, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son attended the online conference to disseminate the main contents and technical instructions for implementing Plan 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT organized by the Department of Land Management in coordination with the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (Ministry of Public Security) and the Department of Digital Transformation.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son province issued Invitation No. 493/GM-SNNMT dated September 9, 2025, inviting representatives of the Provincial Police, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology, representatives of VNPT Lang Son, representatives of the People's Committees of 65 communes and wards, Economic/Infrastructure and Urban Economics Departments of communes and wards, Commune and Ward Police, departments and units of the Department directly involved in the operation, updating and editing of the Land Database in the province according to Plan 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT, to attend at the bridge point of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the bridge points of 65 communes and wards in the province.

At the bridge of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son province, the Conference was attended by representatives of leaders, civil servants, and public employees of departments and units under the Department; representatives of the Provincial Police; Department of Science and Technology; VNPT Lang Son. In addition, representatives of the People's Committees of communes and wards, the Department of Economic Infrastructure and the Commune Police also attended at the bridge points located in the commune.

The conference was held to disseminate and provide technical guidance on the implementation of Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT on implementing the campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database.

Through the Conference, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son and related units have a better understanding of the process, techniques and guidance forms, thereby implementing them synchronously in the locality. This is an important step as a premise to organize the launch of a 90-day and night peak period to clean up land data in Lang Son province, improve the quality of land data, ensure consistency and transparency, effectively serve the state management of land and meet the requirements of administrative reform in the digital transformation period.
