Department of Agriculture and Environment, Political School, People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces discuss merger plan

BHG - *On May 8, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces held a conference to discuss the merger plan after the province merger. The meeting was attended by key leaders from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of both provinces, along with representatives of related units.

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang reported on the plan to merge the two departments of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang after the province's merger.

According to the plan, 3 units will continue to maintain their functions and tasks, including: Tuyen Quang Province Agricultural and Forestry Investigation, Planning and Design Center; Tuyen Quang Province Aquatic Products Center; Ha Giang Province Agricultural and Environmental Science Center; 18 similar units including specialized departments and units will be arranged appropriately and effectively according to their functions and tasks. As for the Forest Protection Department, the 2 provinces agreed on the merger plan, but still have to arrange forces at the grassroots level to undertake the work of forest protection and development.

Also at the conference, leaders of the Agriculture and Environment sectors of the two provinces reported on travel and accommodation needs, reception work, personnel arrangement, facilities to ensure working space and official housing for staff who have to move for work.

At the end of the conference, the two sides reached important agreements on the basic principles and directions for the merger of the Agriculture and Environment sectors of the two provinces. In the coming time, the Agriculture and Environment sectors of the two provinces will continue to implement specific and detailed steps to ensure the merger process takes place smoothly and effectively.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Political Schools of the two provinces assessed the situation, current status of organization and operation of the two schools; discussed many important issues related to the merger of the Political Schools of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, focusing on the plan for personnel arrangement, facilities and conditions to ensure when implementing the merger; proactively analyzed, evaluated and forecasted issues that may impact and affect the tasks of the Political Schools before, during and after the merger; made recommendations and proposed support mechanisms and policies to facilitate the merger process; determined the roadmap and implementation solutions in the coming time.

Concluding the working session, the Principal of the Political School of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces requested the departments and divisions to uphold the sense of responsibility, be proactive, and urgently coordinate to implement the assigned tasks. Grasp the situation, do a good job of political and ideological work for civil servants and employees; review, evaluate, and specifically compile statistics on professional tasks for each department and division; advise on the development and completion of plans to arrange and restructure the organizational apparatus; develop plans to arrange offices, public housing, and means to serve the work; promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and smooth coordination to effectively implement the tasks from now until the time of merging the two provinces, ensuring closeness, synchronization, unity, and effectiveness.

* On May 7, in Tuyen Quang, the People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces jointly held a conference to agree on a plan to consolidate the organizational apparatus when merging the provinces. Attending the conference were leaders, heads of specialized departments, and personnel organizations of the two units.

Based on the direction of the Steering Committee for the merger of administrative units of the two provinces, the People's Procuracies of the two provinces have proactively reviewed and compiled data on the organizational structure, staff, civil servants and employees, and material conditions of each unit to serve the development of the merger plan. At the conference, delegates actively discussed and contributed many enthusiastic opinions, focusing on clarifying the advantages and difficulties in the process of implementing the merger to develop the merger plan, focusing on the following contents: Arranging workplaces and official residences for cadres, civil servants and employees from the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang province to work in Tuyen Quang province; arranging offices, equipment, and means of transportation to serve the work; Balance the budget to renovate and repair existing facilities or take advantage of surplus headquarters after the merger, ensuring focused and effective working conditions, creating organizational and ideological stability for the team of cadres, civil servants and workers.

Speaking at the conference, Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Xuan Hung and Director of Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Thi Mai Lap emphasized: The merger is a political task of special importance, which needs to be organized and implemented seriously, scientifically, flexibly and with the common interests of the whole sector at the forefront; sharing the difficulties and concerns of officials when implementing the merger and transferring work to Tuyen Quang province. Based on the discussion and proposed opinions of the delegates, the two units agreed on a specific plan. Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy will be proactive and responsible in the process of coordination, reception and arrangement of organization and apparatus when implementing the provincial merger, ensuring stable working, traveling and living conditions for the staff and civil servants to maintain internal solidarity, help staff to be ready to adapt to the new working environment and continue to fulfill assigned tasks well, promote efficiency in management and operation of the unit after the merger, creating a foundation for sustainable and long-term development.
