Receive and resolve complaints and denunciations of violations in advertising activities according to authority.

The City Police Department directed the Internal Political Security Department to coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports to handle advertising activities that do not comply with the approved documents, violate the Advertising Law or have content related to security and order.

For departments and branches, proactively deploy and coordinate the implementation of advertising management on mass media and on the network environment according to the state management fields specified in Article 27 of Decree 181/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; direct specialized departments and assign focal points to coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports, the City Police and relevant units to consider, handle and promptly prevent advertising in the management fields to protect the rights of organizations and individuals.
