Exciting Run towards the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic sector

The online running competition, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Trade Union in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Running Club, is one of the meaningful and practical activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic sector. At the same time, through this activity, it contributes to spreading the mass sports and physical exercise movement, contributing to improving the physical strength and spiritual life of civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The race was attended by Ms. Do Ngoc Thuy, Chairwoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Trade Union and about 50 athletes from units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the regulations of the Organizing Committee, athletes registered to compete in two formats: 2 laps and 4 laps around Thong Nhat Park to compete for individual prizes. There are 4 categories awarded respectively: 4 lap distance for men; 4 lap distance for women; 2 lap distance for men and 2 lap distance for women.

Chairman of the Ministry's Trade Union Do Ngoc Thuy congratulated and commended the civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who registered and enthusiastically participated in the activities, demonstrating the spirit of sports training, contributing to improving health to better meet daily work. The enthusiastic response of the officials is a driving force to promote the sports spirit, spreading joy and pride of the officials, employees and workers towards the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Industry.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee determined and awarded the first prize to the athletes who won the first prize in each category. Accordingly, the first prize in the 4-lap distance category for men went to Mr. To Manh Thiem, Project Management Board. The first prize in the 4-lap distance category for women went to Ms. To Thanh Tam, Diplomatic Academy. The first prize in the 2-lap distance category for men went to Mr. Nguyen Van Chung, Diplomatic Corps Service Department and the first prize in the 2-lap distance category for women went to Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh, Government Guest House.
