From Yen So park to Phap Van intersection, a large number of vehicles converged, causing traffic congestion.

According to records at the southern gateway, a queue of cars more than 2 km long was jammed heading towards the center of Hanoi. The cars were moving slowly in a row on the Phap Van Expressway (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), near the toll station.

To ensure traffic safety and order, traffic police, mobile police, and traffic inspectors have been deployed in this area, regulating and directing traffic from a distance.

Taking the initiative to leave early due to concerns about traffic jams, Mr. Hoang Van Hue (33 years old, from Nam Dinh ) said that the Phap Van - Cau Gie highway was very crowded, vehicles had to move slowly to move. It took him nearly 1 hour to exit the highway to enter Ring Road 3.

The leader of Traffic Police Team No. 14, Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police said that from the southern provinces to Hanoi, vehicles can follow the following routes: Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway to the city center; Old National Highway 1 through Phu Xuyen, Thuong Tin, Thanh Tri, Hoang Mai districts to Giai Phong - Ngoc Hoi intersection. In case of congestion at the same time in the above areas, vehicles can move from Van Diem intersection, Dai Xuyen intersection (Phu Xuyen district) to National Highway 6 (Nguyen Trai - Tran Phu - Quang Trung axis) - Ba La intersection of Road 21B - National Highway 38, or move on the left bank of the Red River to the center of Hanoi.
