Son La - Hung Yen comprehensive cooperation period 2022-2025

Implementing the memorandum of understanding on comprehensive cooperation between Hung Yen province and Son La province for the period of 2022-2025, the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and Son La Provincial Party Committee have directed the Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities of the two provinces to organize dissemination, propaganda and implementation of cooperation contents in accordance with the functions and tasks of the sectors, management fields and actual conditions of each locality. Assign the Party Committees of the People's Committees of the two provinces to direct the development of plans to implement cooperation contents; at the same time, direct the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches and relevant agencies and units based on their assigned functions and tasks to develop plans, programs and cooperation tasks for each year and the period of 2022-2025 to deploy and implement to ensure quality, practicality and efficiency.

Departments, branches, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the People's Committees of districts and cities have studied and learned experiences in planning, site clearance, investment attraction, management, operation and exploitation of industrial parks and clusters in Hung Yen province; the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has studied and cooperated with the Fruit Tree Seed Production Center in Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province to improve the efficiency of production and business activities of the Son La Plant, Animal and Aquatic Seed Center. Son La province has established the To Hieu Scholarship Fund, and so far the fund has mobilized and maintained over 15 billion VND. In training, fostering and developing human resources, Hung Yen province has annually linked vocational training at elementary level, regular training and intermediate level for about 6,000 workers in Son La province; Son La province supports maintaining from 15,000 to 18,000 workers working in enterprises, clusters, and industrial parks in Hung Yen province; Coordinates to organize from 3 to 5 consultation and job introduction sessions in Son La province. In the first quarter of 2024, there will be over 17,570 workers from Son La province working in Hung Yen province, with an average salary of about 7 - 8 million VND/person/month...

In terms of future directions, Son La and Hung Yen provinces will increase exchanges on models and experiences in party building; Support tourism promotion, share information, experiences and policies on developing typical tourism types and models; increase support for connecting tourism service businesses and connecting tours between the two localities; Cooperate in training human resources in areas where each locality has advantages; Support, exchange and learn from experiences in implementing mechanisms and policies for agricultural and rural development, and new rural construction; Share experiences in management, building mechanisms and policies in investment attraction;...

On behalf of Son La province, comrade Nguyen Huu Dong respectfully thanked Hung Yen province for its special attention and valuable sentiments for Son La province in the past time. In the coming time, he hoped that Hung Yen province would continue to coordinate with Son La province to effectively implement the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding that the two provinces signed, especially the implementation of the social security program, job creation for Son La province's workers, and the elimination of temporary housing. The Secretary wished that the solidarity and exchange of learning between the two provinces would be increasingly strengthened and developed.

On this occasion, Hung Yen province awarded the To Hieu Scholarship Fund of Son La province 1 billion VND./.
