At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Finance announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the investment policy and approving the investor of the Highland Grands ecological agricultural and resort hotel complex project.
Accordingly, the project is invested by Highland Grands Joint Stock Company, Moc Son ward, implemented in the high-tech agricultural zone, Bo Bun residential group, Van Son ward. The project aims to build a complex of accommodation, entertainment, recreation, and community resort to serve the needs of tourists combined with high-tech agricultural production activities, applying technical advances to high-tech agricultural production. Striving to attract about 100,000 visitors per year and supply 381 tons of agricultural products and 10,000 orchids per year.
The project has a scale of 126,809 m2 , of which: 45,096 m2 is used for commercial and service activities; 81,713 m2 is used for agricultural activities. The total investment capital of the project is more than 236 billion VND; the project implementation period is 50 years from the date the competent authority decides to approve the investment policy and approves the investor.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Ha Trung Chien believed that the Highland Grands hotel, resort and ecological agriculture complex project would achieve its set goals, contributing to the development of tourism and high-tech agriculture, creating jobs and increasing local budget revenue. At the same time, he requested relevant departments and branches to support investors so that the project can soon go into production and business. Investors should proactively develop plans and schedules for project implementation according to regulations; offer specific products so that when the project comes into operation, it will become a new highlight in tourism - resort - high-tech agriculture of Son La, contributing positively to the socio -economic development goals of the province in the coming years.
