Sonadezi will pay cash dividends at a rate of 13% (equivalent to 1,300 VND per share). The expected payment date is October 23.
With more than 376.5 million shares in circulation, Sonadezi is estimated to spend nearly 490 billion VND to pay dividends to shareholders. Of which, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee is the controlling shareholder, holding 99.54% of SNZ's capital, and will receive nearly 487 billion VND.
In 2025, the Company expects the dividend payout ratio to be 12.8%, equivalent to VND482 billion. However, in case the full-year profit exceeds the plan, the Board of Directors may propose to increase the payout ratio.
Regarding business performance, according to the audited consolidated financial report for the first 6 months of 2025, Sonadezi brought in net revenue of more than VND 3,703.5 billion, an increase of 29.7% compared to the first 6 months of 2024. After deducting cost of goods sold, gross profit reached nearly VND 1,817 billion, an increase of 44.7%.
During the period, the company also brought in nearly 69.4 billion VND in revenue from financial activities, down 33.7% over the same period. In the same direction, selling expenses decreased by 2.5%, down to 61.6 billion VND.
Compared to the 2025 business plan with total revenue of more than VND 6,680 billion and after-tax profit of nearly VND 1,404 billion, SNZ has achieved more than 92% of the profit target after 6 months. It is highly likely that SNZ shareholders will receive higher dividends this year than planned.
As of June 30, 2025, Sonadezi's total assets increased by 4% compared to the beginning of the year, reaching nearly VND 21,954 billion. Of which, inventories were more than VND 2,210.4 billion, accounting for 10.1% of total assets; long-term unfinished assets recorded more than VND 5,245.7 billion, accounting for 23.9% of total assets.
