The activity aims to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day, towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute of Traditional Medicine, and at the same time spread the message: "HCMC is putting people's health at the center of all development policies"
Speaking at the program, Dr. Tran Ngoc Trieu, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, said that the "Nurturing for Community Health" performance is an important part of the implementation of Resolution 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health - shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, continuous health care throughout the life cycle.

“Health care is not just an exercise. Health care is a lifestyle – a way for us to build a healthy, compassionate and vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. When Ho Chi Minh City residents maintain the habit of exercising every day, they are contributing to creating a healthier and more sustainable city. People who know how to care for their health are people who know how to preserve themselves,” said Dr. Tran Ngoc Trieu.
At the same time, Dr. Tran Ngoc Trieu affirmed that the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health is committed to continuing to support models that help each person have the opportunity to exercise right at home, in their neighborhood, and in their residential area.
According to Dr. Ho Van Han, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Traditional Medicine, the widespread participation of people is proof of the strong vitality of the health care movement in urban life.

The image that moved the entire stadium the most was that of Mrs. Phan Thi Nang (83 years old, member of the Cu Chi General Hospital's Wellness Club), still diligently practicing and joining the ensemble. That is the most beautiful message: no matter what age, we can still live healthy, live happily and spread positive energy.
At the event, experts from the Institute of Traditional Medicine guided a set of exercises including 7 basic health care movements, which only require 15 minutes a day, helping blood circulation - flexible joints - relaxed mind. The set of movements was developed from the famous work of Professor, Doctor, Doctor Nguyen Van Huong - the founder of the Vietnamese health care movement. This is considered a "symphony of the body" with natural movements that anyone can do.
With just 15 minutes a day, every resident of Ho Chi Minh City can: Increase resistance, reduce stress, prevent chronic diseases, and foster a happier and healthier life.
Health is linked to solidarity and community responsibility.
According to comrade Nguyen Thanh Trung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, nearly 2,000 people participating in the "Health care for community health" performance is a testament to the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and cohesion in each residential area and each family.

The event not only promotes the spirit of physical exercise, but also demonstrates the strength of solidarity and the spirit of sharing, which are the core values of the Vietnam Fatherland Front over the past 95 years.
In the atmosphere of the National Great Unity Day, comrade Nguyen Thanh Trung also called on delegates, medical staff and people to turn to the people of the Central and Northern regions who are heavily affected by storms and floods, join hands to support and contribute to helping people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives. "Exercising health and loving the community always go together, creating sustainable strength for the city", comrade Nguyen Thanh Trung emphasized.
