Sonadezi completed contributing more than 220 billion VND to Sonadezi Khanh Hoa

Sonadezi Corporation has just completed contributing VND 220.3 billion (equivalent to 40.069%) of charter capital to Sonadezi Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company.

Sonadezi Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Corporation (abbreviated name Sonadezi Corporation - stock code SNZ) has just announced unusual information about completing capital contribution to establish Sonadezi Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company.

According to the announced information, Sonadezi Corporation will contribute 220.3 billion VND (equivalent to 40.069%) to the charter capital of Sonadezi Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company.

Capital contribution is made in accordance with Resolution No. 120/NQ-SNZ – QTTH of the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Corporation.

It is known that Sonadezi Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company was established to implement the project of investing in construction and trading infrastructure of Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa province.

Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park Project is located in subdivision 17 of Van Phong Economic Zone, with a total area of nearly 288 hectares. The project is divided into 2 phases, phase 1 will cover about 135 hectares, the remaining 153 hectares will be implemented in phase 2.

Speaking further with reporters, a representative of Sonadezi Corporation said that currently, 7/12 of Sonadezi's industrial parks are 100% full. Five industrial parks currently have industrial land and factories for lease, including: Thanh Phu, Long Thanh, Giang Dien, Chau Duc and Tan Duc.

In the first 5 months of this year, Sonadezi's industrial parks signed 8 land and factory lease contracts with 4 FDI enterprises and 4 domestic enterprises with a total industrial land and factory lease area of over 40 hectares; attracting investment capital of over 40 million USD and 1,500 billion VND.

In the context of slowing global investment flows due to tariff impacts, Sonadezi industrial parks remain attractive thanks to their prime locations in key industrial and logistics provinces in the Southeast and South Central regions. In addition, there are advantages in large land funds ready to be handed over to investors and long lease terms for many industrial parks.
