"This is the first time there has been a contest to honor journalists. They write about the people, about good people and good deeds... but their own difficult and arduous profession has not been written about by many people. In my opinion, this is the first contest and it was successfully organized. There are many good, flexible works with beautiful language. There are new, modern compositions that clearly reveal the issues the writers want to convey about the beautiful image of journalists today" - Poet Tran Dang Khoa commented.

Journalist Vuong Minh Hue - Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi People Magazine, Head of the Organizing Committee of the campaign said: We are very moved to receive the response of many artists, journalists and non-professional authors from all over the country: from Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Nghe An, Quang Tri, Kon Tum to Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Thap, Ca Mau... Some authors participated in one genre, some submitted many works in all three genres (poetry, drama, songs). In particular, there are authors over 80 years old who still responded to the campaign and whose works were highly appreciated by the Appraisal Council.

The entries vividly reflect the image of journalists through many perspectives, from the arduous journey of work, trips to remote areas, efforts to report truthful news... to the thoughts, struggles of the profession, journalistic ethics and loyalty to the truth. Behind each work, the journalists appear authentic, at the same time full of emotions, responsibilities and silent sacrifices. "Going beyond the framework of a campaign, the entries contribute to highlighting the role of journalism, the mission of journalists in the work of building and defending the Fatherland, while at the same time arousing pride and fueling the passion of journalists", journalist Vuong Minh Hue shared.
