TPO - Although requested by the Hanoi Traffic Police Department to adjust and use soft and mobile barriers, this morning and afternoon (March 20), Thang Long Avenue, through the Le Quang Dao extended road project, is still seriously congested due to barriers occupying the roadway.

Because it is built on the road and affects traffic, Hanoi Traffic Police have requested the investor of the Le Quang Dao extended road project, the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District, to arrange soft fences and narrow them during rush hour to avoid traffic jams.

However, after 2 days, this morning and afternoon (March 20), the hard iron fence was still intact, causing serious traffic congestion.

On the morning of March 20, not only Thang Long Avenue but also Le Quang Dao Street leading from My Dinh Stadium to the intersection was also congested for a long time.

Vehicles struggled to pass through the construction site fence.

At 7:30 a.m. on March 20, traffic jams on Thang Long Avenue towards the inner city stretched for kilometers.

This morning and afternoon, reporters noted that traffic jams on Thang Long Avenue only occurred on the section with construction site fences, while the section passing through the construction site was clear.
