Recently, serious work accidents have occurred continuously in the whole country in general and Ha Tinh in particular. Not only units and businesses but also workers are still very subjective and disregard their own lives during the work process.
The scaffolding is very simple, without protective nets. That is the reality at some construction sites in Ha Tinh. The workers themselves are not equipped with any protective gear.

As for many units and enterprises, they have not paid attention to ensuring occupational safety and hygiene such as: registering and inspecting machinery and equipment, organizing training on occupational safety and hygiene... Even signing contracts and paying insurance premiums for employees is not done by many employers.

It is worth mentioning that while both employees and employers are ignoring the regulations, the authorities are focusing more on finding the cause and investigating responsibility when accidents have occurred. The strengthening of state management and handling of violations is still not thorough and drastic.
Workplace accidents are always lurking, just a small mistake can cost the worker his life, and leave behind countless pains for his relatives. Therefore, ensuring work safety is not just a mere slogan, but must be concretized by practical actions to minimize heartbreaking incidents like what happened in the past./.
