In the days leading up to National Day, September 2, Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ) is much busier. In addition to the activities preparing for the celebration, a new detail has appeared that has caught many people's attention: a large sign with the bold words "1945-2025" in red on a bright yellow background.
The sign was erected right in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, with a delicate lotus decoration in the middle, symbolizing the purity and spirit of Vietnam.

According to Dan Tri reporters, this is a project to serve the event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The area is still under construction, surrounded by fences and scaffolding for protection, but this striking sign has quickly become a favorite photo backdrop for many.
From early morning to late afternoon, even in the evening, this area is always crowded. The sunlight during the day and the street lights at night, combined with the event lighting system, highlight the yellow and red tones, making the sign shine in the space.
Just a few days after appearing, the keyword phrase "1945-2025 Uncle Ho's Mausoleum sea" was quickly shared on many travel and photography groups. The colorful, festive pictures were loved by many people, commented on and suggested to each other to experience.
Some groups of young people also wear modernized ao dai, national flag-patterned costumes or red and yellow clothes to make the photo more harmonious.
Many people are willing to wake up very early to put on makeup and prepare their costumes, taking photos before the area becomes crowded to leave their mark next to the meaningful sign.

In addition to the prominent sign, this place also has many interesting virtual living spots to explore (Photo: Truong Minh Bao).
Young teacher Thanh Ngoc also took the time to put on make-up, prepare her outfit and take satisfactory photos at Uncle Ho's Mausoleum.
"Whether taken in the morning or evening, the photos here are still very beautiful. In addition to the prominent "1945-2025" sign, this area also has many other check-in spots around, attracting people to explore," Thanh Ngoc expressed.
Many families bring their children here to walk around and take photos, marking the country’s major holidays. Some parents even choose to dress their children in traditional costumes or school or military uniforms to create a memorable childhood photo album.
Nguyen Thi Bich (born in 1989, in Dong Anh, Hanoi) said that her house is about 16km from Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, but every weekend she takes her son here to visit.
On this occasion, when seeing the impressive yellow-red sign appearing on social networks, Ms. Bich arranged to arrive early to check-in with her son while admiring Uncle Ho's Mausoleum and capturing beautiful moments.
However, because the area is still under construction, not everyone can take beautiful photos right away.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, photographer Truong Minh Bao - who has worked many times at Ba Dinh Square - said: "This area is still under construction, so some scaffolding and chairs in the background more or less affect the camera angle.
However, thanks to current image processing technology, it is easier to remove these details to get beautiful and natural photos."
Mr. Bao also added: "As the person behind the lens and also a son of Hanoi, I feel both close and familiar, but also full of pride, respect and gratitude. This light and location always bring me new emotions, helping me to compose many beautiful photos."
He also noted that if you want to take photos comfortably, you should avoid crowded times.
"Customers should choose early morning from 5am to 7am or afternoon from 4pm to 6pm for the coolest and most ideal lighting conditions.
I have a special guest who is a police officer working in Son La. He left at 3am by car to go to Hanoi. However, due to the large number of participants, it was not until after 10am that he was able to reach the area of Uncle Ho's Mausoleum," Bao added.

The "1945-2025" sign is currently erected to fence off the construction area. The entire project is expected to be completed by September 2 with more uniform decorative details.
