Detained 5 suspects for robbing a TV

On May 12, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Hai District ( Bac Lieu ) said that the unit had just issued a decision to temporarily detain 5 suspects to investigate the act of robbery. The stolen property was a television.

The suspects detained include: Huynh Chi Hoai (23 years old), Ly Van Hui (28 years old), Huynh Van Ngoan (18 years old, all residing in Dong Hai District), Thao Thanh Dat (18 years old) and Le Quoc Dung (18 years old, all residing in Gia Rai Town, Bac Lieu).

5 suspects of robbing a TV were detained

According to the initial investigation, due to a previous money dispute, on the afternoon of May 9, Ly Van Hui and the above suspects went to Mr. N's house (residing in Quyet Chien hamlet, An Trach A commune, Dong Hai district) to demand money. When they arrived, Mr. N was not at home, so the group broke in and took a television.

When N.'s family discovered the incident, they tried to stop it, but Hui and his companions pushed them and took the TV away. N.'s family then reported it to the local police.

Upon receiving the report, Dong Hai District Police quickly began investigating. The authorities deployed professional measures, verified and invited the related suspects to the headquarters for clarification.

At the police station, through investigation, Hui and the suspects admitted to the entire act of robbing the TV from Mr. N's family.
