However, the situation of violations of forestry laws in some localities still has complicated developments; the areas of forests, broken and fallen trees, damaged due to the impact of the circulation of storm No. 3 are sources of materials that can cause fires; the situation of forest fires in many provinces across the country is complicated... Therefore, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests:

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall continue to promote the dissemination, propaganda and good implementation of forestry laws, raise people's awareness of forest protection and development; direct agencies, units and functional forces to coordinate with forest rangers and forest owners to strengthen forest patrols and inspections, detect, prevent and promptly handle acts of deforestation, encroachment on forest land, and illegal forest exploitation; promptly prevent deforestation for production land; handle and resolutely recover encroached and occupied forest land; completely resolve disputes and encroachment on forest land...

The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs the forest rangers and forest owners to coordinate with local authorities, agencies and functional units to strengthen forest management, protection and development; improve the quality of propaganda, dissemination and education of laws; organize patrols and inspections to promptly detect, prevent and handle acts of encroachment on forest resources; increase forces at the grassroots level, especially in hot spots where forest fires frequently occur, illegal logging, exploitation and encroachment of forest land, etc.

Relevant agencies and units, based on their functions and tasks, coordinate to strengthen the implementation of forest management, protection and forest fire prevention and fighting in the province.
