District People's Committees shall strengthen leadership, direction and dissemination to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to set an example, strictly comply with the provisions of the law on traffic safety and order, and commit not to drive after consuming alcohol or beer. Regularly inspect the implementation of traffic safety and order assurance work of affiliated agencies and units; resolutely handle cases of encroachment and re-encroachment of roads and sidewalks, especially in urban centers, causing traffic congestion, loss of traffic safety and order and public order.
