Accordingly, the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province directed general education institutions under their management to propagate to students, parents and people about the harmful effects of fake books on the quality of education.
Principals of high schools and general schools with many levels of education shall proactively check and supervise the supply and use of textbooks and reference materials in school libraries. Educational institutions shall coordinate with publishers licensed to publish textbooks and educational materials to provide information and guidance on how to identify fake books, and at the same time exploit learning material software in the learning process of students.
The Department of Education and Training also requested units to proactively coordinate with the commune police and functional departments of the People's Committee when detecting fake books occurring in the area to handle violations according to regulations. In addition, units set up and publicize hotlines, email addresses or contact phone numbers to receive feedback and denunciations from parents, teachers, staff, students and people about the acts of printing, distributing and trading fake textbooks and books of unknown origin. People are advised not to contribute to the consumption of fake books and books of unknown origin to ensure a safe and transparent educational environment.
