Building an elegant and civilized Hanoi is a responsibility that comes from the heart to the land of the Capital that I am always attached to and proud of. I clearly feel the positive changes in the residential area where I work, when people gradually raise their awareness in behavior, preserving a green - clean - beautiful living environment. However, there are still issues that need to be improved, such as encroached sidewalks, late-night noise, or uncivilized actions in public places.
