Masterise Group proposes to invest in Phu My 2 bridge under BT form

Masterise Group Joint Stock Company proposed the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to allow the preparation of a pre-feasibility study report for the Phu My 2 Bridge Project under the BT form with payment by land fund.

Masterise Group Joint Stock Company has just sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to participate in the research and investment in the construction of Phu My 2 Bridge.

In a document sent to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Masterise Group Joint Stock Company said that with its existing capacity and experience, the enterprise proposed that the City approve its participation in preparing the Pre-Feasibility Study Report and participating in investing in the construction of the Phu My 2 Bridge project.

Regarding the investment plan, the enterprise proposed to implement it according to the public-private partnership (PPP) method, BT contract form with payment by land fund.

In addition to the Phu My 2 bridge project, in May 2025, Masterise Group also proposed to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to study and invest in the construction of the Can Gio bridge project under the BT form with payment by land fund.

Phu My 2 Bridge and Road Project connects Ho Chi Minh City with Dong Nai Province with a length of about 16.7km (including access roads). The project has a scale of 6 motor vehicles and 2 non-motorized vehicle lanes. The total estimated investment is 21,484 billion VND.

The starting point of the Project starts at Nguyen Huu Tho Street (HCMC) going east, connecting to Hoang Quoc Viet Street to Dao Tri Street, crossing Dong Nai River and connecting to Lien Cang Street and then connecting to 25C Street, Dong Nai Province.

According to the expected plan, Ho Chi Minh City will approve the investment policy in the fourth quarter of 2025, and start construction in 2027.

This project will connect Ho Chi Minh City with Dong Nai province to Long Thanh International Airport.
