Through its subsidiary IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam, on December 13, IDEC started construction of the Horizon Park project.
Mr. Patrice LAFARGUE - Chairman and Founder of IDEC Group said: “This is a groundbreaking project and has a prominent role compared to existing projects in the locality… With the Horizon Park project, the IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam team is committed to applying and integrating the same methods and precision as in France, while also incorporating a bit of French spirit and culture that logistics and industrial services in Vietnam are still lacking”.
Developed on a 12-hectare land plot, the future Horizon Park will be located amidst attractive industrial parks and economic platforms, offering 70,000m2 of floor space for lease or sale.
The space is divided into 26 rooms with an area of about 2,500 m2 each, meeting warehouse logistics standards equivalent to European Class A such as: floor load capacity of 5 tons/m2, static space height of nearly 11m and equipped with qualified service facilities (automatic raised floors, sliding doors, fire alarm systems...).
“The turnkey solution is inspired by the IDEC group serving customers in France and is a new breakthrough in Vietnam. We have already exchanged and discussed with a number of future customers, renting one or more different yards” - Mr. Patrice LAFARGUE shared more.
The project consists of 4 components, of which component 1 has been completed and put into operation since June 2023; the remaining 3 components are expected to be completed and put into operation from the first quarter of 2025. This is the largest project of IDEC GROUP ASIA in Vietnam.
