Coffee price forecast for tomorrow 6/2/2025 - stable market.
On June 1, the domestic and world coffee markets fluctuated little and moved sideways.
According to statistics, last week, domestic coffee prices decreased by 4,700 VND/kg; compared to the first 6 months of the year, prices decreased by 12,500 VND/kg. However, compared to the same period last year (coffee prices reached 110,000 VND/kg), the current price is still 7,500 VND/kg higher.
Experts say that recently, domestic coffee prices have dropped sharply, reflecting pressure from abundant supply. In the first 6 months of the year, coffee prices fluctuated strongly, affected by increased supply and global economic factors.
Therefore, growers should closely monitor price movements to choose the right time to sell, while also paying attention to transportation costs when fuel prices have not cooled down. In the short term, coffee prices may continue to be under pressure if global supply does not change dramatically.
In the world market, coffee prices continued to fall sharply, extending the decline for 4 consecutive days. Arabica coffee has fallen to its lowest level in the past 7 weeks, while Robusta coffee has fallen to a 6.5 month low. The main reason comes from the pressure of large supply, when the Robusta coffee harvest in key producing countries such as Brazil is accelerating.
Although Arabica prices have fluctuated slightly, the market still lacks clear signs of recovery. Abundant supply and high inventories make it difficult for prices to rebound in the short term.
