Glory of Vietnam

As a program directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , with the coordination of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and many ministries and branches; Vietnam Glory is a special cultural and political event honoring the national spirit, love for the Fatherland, heroes; typical advanced examples, businesses and entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Initiated in 2004, the program has contributed to spreading the spirit of dedication, overcoming difficulties, serving the Fatherland, serving the people, arousing national pride and self-esteem and the desire to constantly rise up of the Vietnamese people.

According to Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, this year's program is even more meaningful as it takes place right in the year the country celebrates many important historical milestones: 95 years of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 80 years of the founding of the country, 50 years of national reunification. This is also the year of Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress - opening a new era of development, an era of strong growth of the nation.

The Vietnam Glory 2025 Program honors 19 heroic and typical examples (13 groups, 6 individuals) who have made great achievements in many fields of the nation. Notable units and individuals include: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Armed Forces, Military Region 7, Ministry of National Defense, General Department of Defense Industry, Ministry of National Defense, TH Group, Labor Hero Mai Duc Chung - Head Coach of the National Women's Football Team and Athlete of the National Shooting Team Trinh Thu Vinh...
TH Group is honored for its outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and its pioneering role in the fresh milk revolution, building raw milk standards, contributing to the creation of a modern, sustainable and internationally-recognized Vietnamese dairy industry. With its efforts, TH has also successfully built a green economic model, a knowledge-based economy, a circular economy on the basis of sustainable development, creating livelihoods for people, and ensuring social security.

The Vietnam Glory Program was first held on May 1, 2004, and has been held annually since then; it has always received high appreciation from Party and State leaders and the reception of all classes of people. As of 2025, a total of 313 groups and individuals have been honored in the annual Vietnam Glory programs.

Representing the business community voted for this year's award, TH Group was highly appreciated for its business achievements, innovation and social security. In the dairy industry, the Group is considered a pioneer in the Vietnamese fresh milk revolution, leading the fresh milk market share with 51.9%. TH has fundamentally changed the dairy industry, reducing the rate of reconstituted powdered milk from 92% to more than 34% at present. The enterprise's high-tech milk farming and processing complex was recognized as the largest in the world in 2020 with a total herd of nearly 70,000 dairy cows. TH true MILK is the first brand allowed to label "fresh milk" in Vietnam, paving the way for the development of domestic dairy farming.

TH Group is also a pioneer in demanding transparency in the milk market, in the context that consumers are not yet clearly informed about the concept of "liquid milk" products, and do not clearly distinguish between fresh milk and reconstituted milk (remixed from powdered milk) in the Vietnamese milk market. The fight for transparency in the milk market and transparency in milk names has helped Vietnamese milk products integrate internationally; Protecting consumers' right to access information and transparency of product information and other consumer rights; protecting farmers and the domestic dairy industry.

This is also the direction that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, now the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, has directed to implement. Previously, Vietnam, despite being an agricultural country, had to spend billions of dollars each year to import powdered milk for reconstitution before 2009, when TH first entered the market.

In particular, TH Group has made many contributions to the process of developing children's stature and physical strength, following the core value "For Vietnamese stature". The path is on the right track as General Secretary To Lam called for in the article "Future for the rising generation": To move towards 2045 with a vision of a comprehensively developed Vietnam, orienting human development, especially the young generation, becomes a strategic priority; in which, improving the health and physical strength of Vietnamese people is an important strategy, parallel to intellectual education.

TH Group is the enterprise that initiated and standardized the National School Milk Program. Starting from that glass of fresh school milk, TH has accompanied the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and independent domestic experts, consulting with Japanese experts, implementing the "Model of school meals ensuring proper nutrition combined with increasing physical activity for children, pupils and students", piloting in the 2020-2021 school year, at 10 schools in 10 provinces and cities, representing 5 major ecological regions across the country.
In the pilot model, school meals are approached in the direction of using completely natural foods, based on the agricultural advantages of the region, with 400 rich menus and fresh milk scientifically included in the meal composition, children drink milk 5 days a week.

The pilot model has positively changed students' awareness, eating habits, and physical activity, contributing to solving existing nutritional problems, including malnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies; and is considered a comprehensive, revolutionary solution to improving the stature of Vietnamese people.
TH Group's projects have created jobs for more than 10,000 direct workers and hundreds of thousands of indirect jobs for farmers in project areas; contributing to creating sustainable livelihoods for people. In particular, TH has contributed thousands of billions of VND to social security activities, accompanying the Government in many emergency activities such as overcoming natural disasters, epidemics, etc.
With the motto “Cherish Mother Nature”, since its inception, TH Group has consistently applied the green economic model – circular economy in all member units and followed the sustainable development orientation that AHLĐ Thái Hương has created. The Group’s Sustainable Development Policy consists of 6 pillars: Nutrition and Health, Environment, People, Education, Community, Animal Welfare.

To date, TH has become a model in Vietnam for the green economic model - circular economy as well as efforts to implement emission reduction solutions for the entire production chain from pasture to table, in which factories are important links. April 4, 2025 - Two key manufacturing companies of TH Group, including TH Milk Joint Stock Company and Nui Tien Pure Water Company Limited, have just been certified as carbon neutral according to PAS 2060:2014 standard. These are the first two companies in Vietnam to be assessed and certified by Control Union - an independent and prestigious international certification organization.

Established in 2009 with the desire to pave the way for community health and true happiness, TH Group has built and operated a continuous value chain from green pastures to clean glasses of milk.
The World Record Alliance also recognized the project that set the record for the world's largest high-tech concentrated dairy farm cluster with a closed production process in 2020. TH true MILK products have won the National Brand Logo for many consecutive years; won many international quality awards, including special awards in Dubai (UAE), Gold awards in the Russian Federation, Korea, etc.

After the fresh milk revolution, TH continues to create a sugar-free revolution, contributing to adjusting Vietnamese people's consumption habits, helping to prevent chronic non-communicable diseases - considered the pandemic of the 21st century - such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity...
Not only creating changes for the health and stature of Vietnamese people, TH's successful model is being replicated worldwide with the largest economic project of a Vietnamese enterprise investing in the Russian Federation, and other projects in Australia, the US, China and many countries around the world.
