Ms. Trinh Thi Kim Lien, Director of Product Business Development - Dat Xanh Services Economic - Financial - Real Estate Research Institute (DXS-FERI) forecasts that the real estate market at the end of 2025 will have more positive changes, with new supply significantly improved compared to the third quarter.

Entering the fourth quarter, Ms. Lien forecasts that the market will see three prominent trends: increasing selling prices, increasing demand, and increasing rental prices. This is an indication of a shift in mentality from “observing” to “participating”, and at the same time shows that real demand is returning. In addition, investment capital continues to shift from North to South, concentrated in large cities and areas benefiting from infrastructure. In particular, the apartment and housing segment is considered the main driving force of the market.
